This months CMR will be to three places you can go on a date without riding a car, taxi, jeep or bus. Places that you don't normally pass as you go through everyday bus, car or jeepney routes. Places you may not have visited for a couple of years now. They're not malls, they have to much character for that.
Date: February 16, 2008 (Saturday)
Assembly: 7:00 AM, UP Diliman, AS Parking Lot
(in front of Palma Hall)
Ride Start: 7:30 AM
Ride End: Lunchtime!
Route: Paco Park, Intramuros, and Chinatown(La Mien)
Ride Leaders: Karen & Rosar Crisostomo
Bring a friend, bring a loved one, bring your valentine!
Budget for a Lamien or Masuki lunch is around P100-P150 pesos.
Ohhh, and don't forget to bring protection... a helmet that is. ;-)
i met up with the group at the corner of araneta avenue and aurora avenue
then rested at PACO park...
then to INTRAMUROS
then at ESCOLTA station of the PASIG ferry
then off to binondo and eat some noodles... sorry no pics 'coz i was hungry and the food was really good!!!!!!
and the LOVE RIDE will not be complete without the LOVE!!!!!!!!

we started and met the the fountain of Rajah Soliman in Roxas Blvd
then started ripping the stairs and drops
transfered to the flagpole area of baywalk
where big croud gathered and watch these guys do trials!!!!
then off to Bonifacio shrine
where we met a lot of girls
then rested at 7-11
then off to intramuros!!!!!!!

Met up with the guys at baywalk
did some stuffs there...
then at Bonifacio Shrine in Lawton,
i don't know what the artist was thinking when he made this... it made us really think what they are really doing...
after a brief rest at 7-11 transfered to the back on Bureau of Immigration - Jones Bridge
then off to Quiapo to get some viewing stuff!!!!!!!

| | this was a race organized to be a fun race held at the back of kamiseta warehouse near batasan complex... the sched was BMX in the morning and 4X in the afternoon but the pros raced individually before the BMX race... i arrived around 9:00am and the pros were already racing so i took some pictures and then BMX kids the the BMX open!!!!! i missed the afternoon race 'coz had to leave at 12:00nn for a prior commitment... |
